德州中科新材料有限公司是專業生產混凝土外加劑的高科技公司，是中國混凝土外加劑協會會員單位,并于2009年取得了德州市“知名商標”的認證，與中國建筑材料科學研究院建立了緊密的技術合作關系。其2013年4月新擴建的花園式廠區總占地面積42000平方米，擁有3個大型物流倉儲，2個現代化超寬生產車間，同時擁有全自動年產8萬噸聚羧酸母液生產線、年產2萬噸萘系母液生產線，以及年產6萬噸復合產品生產線。公司生產全線以數據化中心控制，生產投料環節采用先進的全過程電子計量設備，產品生產過程全線傳感器自動收集數據，實現了數據采集自動化、及時化，生產控制統計化、穩定化，有效地提升了合成產品的穩定性。并先后通過了ISO9001國際質量管理體系認證和防凍劑3C強制認證。尤其是公司自主研發的聚羧酸減水劑，其氯離子、硫酸鈉和堿含量低，混凝土耐久性和抗腐蝕性能更加優越；用聚羧酸減水劑配制的混凝土28d收縮率比低，相比萘系配制的混凝土，收縮更小，混凝土因自身收縮產生的裂縫更少；此外，用聚羧酸減水劑配制的混凝土坍落度損失小，與摻合料適應性好，強度發展較為穩定。有力地保障了本公司生產的混凝土產品的質量，確保了混凝土的各項性能指標優越于市場其它品牌，更好地滿足業主及施工單位的技術生產需要！
